Wintec is managed by its two founding partners, Alon Bar On and Nathaniel Barkan, both of whom have a fierce passion for esthetics, innovation and an uncompromising vision of providing design lovers with the homes of their dreams.  Through Wintec's technologies and solutions, clients are offered new standards of visual perfection in a wide variety of styles and materials. 

Alon Bar On
Architect, a Pratt Institute graduate, is responsible for the technical aspects of the company. His experience and education as an architect support a professional and more efficient dialog with client architects. 

Nathaniel Barkan
Economist, Bar Ilan University graduate and an experienced manager and business person, is responsible for the company's management, logistics and sales. 

Wintec employs fifty professional, dedicated and experienced employees who work together in synergy within the different production and service departments.  Each client enjoys a company-appointed personal consulting service by a senior manager throughout the project.

אלון בר-און
אדריכל, בוגר מכון PRATT INSTITUTE בניו יורק, אחראי על התחום הטכני בחברה. ההשכלה והניסיון שצבר אלון כאדריכל תורמים לדיאלוג מקצועי יעיל יותר עם אדריכלי הלקוחות. 

נתנאל ברקן
כלכלן, בוגר אוניברסיטת בר אילן, בעל רקע עסקי וניהולי, אחראי על הניהול בפועל של החברה, הלוגיסטיקה והמכירות.

החברה מעסיקה כחמישים עובדים מקצועיים, מיומנים ומסורים העובדים בסינרגיה מלאה במחלקות המוצר והשירות. בתחום השירות נהנה כל לקוח מליווי אישי צמוד של מנהל בכיר לכל אורך הפרויקט עד להשלמתו הסופית.
